Spend 10 minutes with each question before any stakeholder conversation. Write down specific examples, and avoid using AI to generate your answers.

Use the questions as the agenda for a planning session or offsite. Focus on one or two per session rather than rushing through all four.

Ask executives, business partners and people leaders the same questions. It opens a conversation about outcomes before any tool is chosen.
